Q. Where does the merchandise come from?
A: Our merchandises come from everywhere. We do import directly from Thailand and also order from vendors here in US some of which are manufactured oversea. We like to support the local artist as well.
Q. What is your return policy?
A: 15 days with the original receipt except items that we have to place an order and/or custom order. Ex. Rugs, Artwork, Furniture etc. All sales are final and no return. All refund will be managed in the same type of payment when merchandise had been purchased expect cash that exceed $50, we will mail customer the check within 10 business day.
Q. Can you do delivery? How much?
A: Yes, we hire third party to do our delivery. Fee is $80-$110 around eastside area. Beyond eastside we will have to check with the third party for the amount of delivery fee. Usually the delivery person will give the customer a two hour window and one hour call ahead may be requested. The delivery guy will drop off merchandise where customer requested. They will not remove or unpack or assembly merchandise for customer.
Q. How long does it take to get the furniture? What is the lead time for your merchandise?
A: Accessories, rugs, bedding and artwork usually will take about 3-4 weeks depending on the vendor. Furniture and Upholstery will take from 3 weeks up to 12 weeks depend on the product and vendor.
Q. Can I put merchandise on hold?
A: No, we normally do not allow customers to hold merchandise unless under special circumstance with A’s approval.
Q. Do you ever have a sale?
A: We have 3 major Sales during the year.
- Change of Season Sale (End of Summer)
- After Christmas Sale
- Anniversary Sale (around February)
Q. Do you have discount for interior designer?
A: Yes, we do. Interior Designer/Architecture will receive 10% off discount except Sale items with the proof of their profession and Tax ID/Resale ID number.
Q. Are you hiring right now?
A: Not unless we posted notice on our website or in our store, but you can drop off or send us the copy of your resume anytime and we will get back to you.
Q. Does the furniture come in different colors/fabrics/woods?
A: Depend on the vendor but most of them do. We do have sample of different fabric, wood, steel including stain color for you to look at the store.
Q. Do you do assembly?
A: Normally not, customer will have to assemble themselves. Exception will be case by case basis which if it ever happen will be for small furniture only.
Q. Can I have a discount because it’s scratched?
A: If that piece is the last one then yes, we may sell the floor sample. The discount percentage will depend on the condition of the piece. Discount may start at 10%.
Q. Do you ship merchandise?
A: Yes, usually if the merchandise is shippable. We will ship via UPS ground unless otherwise requested by customer. We usually will have to check with UPS for the amount of the freight charge and will charge customer on the separate transaction.
Q. When will you get more? Do you keep merchandise in stock?
A: Yes, we do stock some merchandises especially if they are hot items. Usually our inventory is moving pretty fast. We try our best to find the unique merchandises for you.
Q. Where was it made?
A: Product specification and information can be found on the Product Page of our website.
Q. Do you sell floor models?
A: Not until the merchandise becomes discontinued or we will no longer carry this piece.
Q. How was it made (hand made or machine made)?
A: It depends on the piece, usually you can find this information on the
product page of our wesite or vendor’s link or call the store for more details.
Q. Is “A” his real name?
A: This is my nick name. My real name is “Suraphong” but my mom called me “A” and my brothers “B” and “C”.
