Rosehedge Party at Simplicity Decor

On July 29th, an event benefiting Seattle's Rosehedge organization (www.rosehedge.org) was held at Simplicity Décor in Kirkland, hosted by owner Suraphong "A" Liengboonlertchai.
Founded in 1988 as one of the nation's first organizations dedicated to supporting and caring for individuals living with HIV/AIDS, Rosehedge provides housing and 24-hour care to men and women no longer able to care for themselves.
The event, attended by Kirkland Mayor James L. Lauinger and his wife Karen, together with a large gathering of individuals from the Eastside and Seattle, raised over $1,770 to support Rosehedge's invaluable work.
To those of you able to attend and support Tuesday evening's Rosehedge fundraising event, thank you. It was wonderful to see you there. If you were not able to attend, I certainly encourage you to learn more about this organization's important work – and I look forward to seeing you soon at the store!
